FBS students participated in the 8th edition of Physics Open Discussion (POD) conducted by Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar on 21 May 2022.

Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar is an autonomous research institution of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.
POD is a program aimed at the school students to provide them an opportunity for open and informal discussions with research scientists. Students get the opportunity to discuss any question in Physics (in English, Hindi, Odia), from course material to any general query from their exposure. The students had the option of asking questions using any of the three languages, English, Hindi, or Odia.

The FBS students interacted with eminent scientists from the Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar, during the 90-minute online discussion. This interaction helped to increase the knowledge base of the students.
