Preparatory School

The FBS Preparatory School Programme (PSP) for Classes 3 to 5 provides a warm, exciting and safe learning experience for young students to develop their personality and scholarship. Each child gets personalised attention from supportive, trained teachers invested in their wellbeing and growth. A rich variety of co-curricular activities foster their creative interests, build social skills, and promote overall development.

How do Children Learn?

The FBS PSP creates opportunities for structured and exploratory learning. Subject teachers explain concepts, supplemented by inside and outside classroom activities for students to deepen and expand their understanding.

Tinker to Create

A wide range of age-specific learning tasks engage children in hands-on experimentation, teach them to ask why and how, make connections, try and fail and eventually learn to solve.

Study Tours

Visits to botanical and zoological gardens, tribal fairs, museums, heritage sites like Konark and Puri, and biscuit and chocolate factories introduce students to new experiences in the world around them.

Ladder and Loop

A learning ladder introduces students to basic concepts in Class 3, followed by new information through additional modules in subsequent classes creating a learning loop reinforcing the knowledge.
