Future Bhubaneswar School Empowers Teachers through Training Programme 2025

Future Bhubaneswar School recently organised a comprehensive Teachers Training Programme 2025, designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of its teachers. The programme was a testament to the school’s commitment to teacher development and student success. The programme featured several workshops and seminars, each tailored to address specific aspects of teaching and learning. These included:

– Excel and AI Workshop: Led by resource person Sukhendu Mohan Pattnaik, this workshop took place from 20th to 22nd May 2025 at the IT lab in the South Block. A total of 56 participants benefited from this workshop, gaining valuable insights into leveraging Excel and AI tools to streamline their work and improve student outcomes. The workshop focused on using Excel for productivity, enabling teachers to efficiently manage data, track student progress, and create informative reports.

– Life Skills Training Programme: Conducted by Dr. Pratap Kumar Rath, Professor, Department of Basic Science and Humanities, Silicon University, on 23rd May 2025, this workshop aimed to equip teachers with the skills and strategies necessary to support personal and academic growth of students. With 51 participants in attendance, the workshop focused on handling classroom situations, managing disruptive behaviours of students, and wellbeing of teachers. The programme provided teachers with practical tips and strategies to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

– English Grammar Training Programme: Led by Principal, Mr. Mathew Thomas, this workshop took place on 24th May 2025 and attracted 26 participants. The programme covered topics such as tenses, common errors in grammar, spellings and usage, and fun activities to enhance vocabulary. The workshop provided teachers with valuable insights and practical tips to enhance their teaching skills.

– Mathematics Training Programme: Conducted by Dr. Prayag Prasad Mishra, Additional Professor, Department of Basic Science and Humanities, Silicon University, this programme took place on 24th May 2025 and drew 18 participants. The workshop focused on making mathematics fun and engaging for students, with a seminar presentation on topics such as “Among Fractions” and “Circle.” The programme aimed to equip teachers with practical tips and strategies to enhance skills of teachers.
