Master Gourav Mohanty of Class IX and Master Ayushman Nanda of Class VII secured the 1st position and 3rd position respectively in the ATL School Innovation Category of the prestigious IIC Regional Meet 2023 which was organized by ‘The Ministry of Education(MoE)’s Innovation Cell and AICTE at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar on 18th December 2023.

Mr. Dipan Sahu, Assistant Innovation Director, MIC, AICTE and Prof. (Dr.) Omkar Nath Mohanty, Former VC, BPUT, Odisha were the Guest of Honour. Prof. (Dr.) Raghab Prasad Dash Advisor, AICTE was the Chief Guest. StartUp Odisha was the knowledge partner for this event.

From groundbreaking ideas to expert insights, the event was a hub of innovation, guidance and growth.

Master Gourav Mohanty presented a prototype that showcased “Intelligent Railway Safety System”. Master Ayushman Nanda presented a prototype that showcased “Posture Alert Device”.

Students from different schools viz., DAV Chandrasekharpur, DAV Unit 8, DAV Kalinga Nagar, ODM Public School and DPS Kalinga had participated in this Regional Meet.
