FBS hosted Model United Nations (MUN) at its campus on 2 – 3 October 2022.

MUN is an academic simulation of the United Nations where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real world issues in alignment with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country.

More than 120 students from various schools in the Temple City attended this two-day programme. The programme was an eye-opener for most of the participants. The participants got an opportunity to understand how the United Nations works. Moreover, it gave an impetus to the debating, problem solving and critical thinking skills of the students.

Our Principal Mr. Mathew Thomas inaugurated the event. In his inaugural talk, Mr. Mathew Thomas, threw light on the history of United Nations and how Model United Nations began in educational institutions across the globe, including India.
