A massive tree plantation drive was held at Future Bhubaneswar School on 2nd October, 2023 on the auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti in collaboration with Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) under Green Bhubaneswar Movement. The drive was inaugurated by our Principal, Mathew Thomas and BMC Sanitary Officer conjointly at 8:30 a.m. 

 Guides from Classes VIII to IX of Future Bhubaneswar School actively participated in the programme along with the Principal and teachers. Varieties of trees such as mango, jackfruit, breadfruit, sapodilla, gooseberry, guava etc. were planted on both sides of the road leading to Srikharchandi hills.

 All the participants took a pledge to do their best to contribute their mite to protect the mother earth from environmental degradation and our city green.
