Teachers of Future Bhubaneswar School attended  a one-day CBSE Capacity Building Programme on ‘Happy Classrooms’ at St. Xavier High School, Barabati Stadium, Cuttack on 8 April 2023.

This training programme, organized by Centre of Excellence, CBSE, Bhubaneswar  aimed to instill in teachers a healthy mind, self control and interpersonal harmony to create a happier, more playful and nimble mind. The resource persons Ms. Sulata Saha & Mr. Rajendra Panda emphasized that the teachers should have self awareness. They must understand student-teacher relationships and students’ behaviour and deal with interpersonal relationships empathetically.

The training program was inaugurated by the Principal of St. Xavier High School, Mr. Priyadarshi Nayak. Sanjukta Swain, Archana Kumari, Jayanti Lal, Bhagyashree Rath, Poushali Sinha Roy were from FBS among sixty three teachers from different schools across Odisha who participated in the program.
